15 MINUTE CONSULTATION

An opportunity to try out what counselling might be like without any fees or obligation to continue if it doesn't feel right. Share as much or as little as you want, and use this as a way to get to know your potential therapist.

Using attachment principles and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, our goal is to help couples and families achieve a greater understanding, decrease conflict, and build stronger connections.

Family difficulties can feel very complicated and overwhelming. It's tough to pinpoint or identify what the problem is when you are in the middle of the action.
We can help identify the problem, set realistic goals, and provide a roadmap for improvement and clarity in your family.

FREE 15-MINUTE CONSULTATION

We begin your counselling process by booking a FREE 15-minute consultation by phone or video at no charge.

During this consultation, we discuss your reason for reaching out, the issue or difficulties at hand, and how we feel we can help you. You can share as much or as little as you want, and ask anything about the process.

We encourage you to use the consultation to get to know your therapist a little to assess if you feel they are a fit for you.

COST & BILLING

The cost for counselling is $220 to $235 per session dependent on which therapist you are working with.

Each session is 50-55 minutes long, unless otherwise planned and agreed upon. Payment will be made at the end of every session from your credit card securely stored on file.

We currently offer direct billing for Alberta Blue Cross members. For all other insurance plans, we are able to provide you a receipt that you can submit yourself and then be reimbursed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it. Life happens. If you are not able to attend, or need to reschedule an appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window will result in a fee of $110. No shows will be charged the full price of the missed session.
